GTS Powerball

Scientific tests have concluded that the anchor-to-chain connector is often the weakest link in the anchoring systems. The majority of connectors failed at less than 60% of the breaking strength of the matching chain. Shackles proved to be even weaker. This sobering fact was the basis for the development of the GTS Power Ball.

The illustrated load diagrams of German Lloyds prove that the tensile strength of the Power Ball is considerably higher than the matching chain. The patented locking screws prevent the accidental unscrewing of the connecting bolts as well as deter theft.
